About Corinne Pearce

Corinne has been working as a Registered Dietitian for over 20 years. She has found that the diet culture world often does not teach us how to listen to our body’s needs and this leads to failed diet attempts and at times self-shamming. She believes health is not what we look like on the outside but rather how we feel on the inside. How we treat ourselves through what we eat, to self-compassion can lead to a healthier life.

Corinne finds that gratitude really does bring more compassion into life. And that by keeping with a meditation practice (even it is just taking a pause and a few deep breaths) patience and understanding grows.
​
She finds solace in nature: walks on the beach or in the woods, listening to bird calls, watching the clouds and feeling connected to every living thing. She also enjoys capturing these moments in pictures.
